Thus, it is very important to even if you are exercising to keep your diet in check, and essentially eat more calories, as while going through pregnancy your body requires a more calories, and when you exercise as well naturally you will need a little bit more calories.

Another tip by Moodzie, would be to keep yourself hydrated, as during pregnancy women are more likely to get dehydrated and during exercise it is even more important that you have drank the right amounts of liquids. If your doctor, has told you to stay away from intense exercise, sports, or workouts, then just keep moving and simply try to be active doing chores, walking around more, and doing things such as yoga or stretching.
