This is to certify that I have known Ms Natalie Clarke since 1999 when we were both employed by the Queensland Department of Education. Since then, I have commenced my own educational consultancy and Natalie has proceeded to hold various teaching positions. Then, to my surprise, in June 2019 whilst offering a STEM/STEAM workshop at the Islamic College of Brisbane, I re-connected with Natalie. During this professional development program, Natalie and I had a brief chat and I mentioned the fact that I needed someone that would assist me with a good deal of desktop publishing work. To my delight , Natalie offered to support me in this endeavour. Since then, Natalie has worked with me in creating a number of articles, models and manuals including:
• Taba Hilda’s Model
• Solo Taxonomy
• Providing effective feedback to students
• Learning dispositions and
• Cognitive Load Theory
• Inspire Your Students To Learn Visually Through Graphic Organisers and Thinking Tools
• Inquiry Based Learning- Lifestyle of a Bean Plant
Indeed, I rely heavily on Natalie to.turn my very rough notes into a polished product that I am proud to share with Principals, DPs, APs, Heads of Department, Heads of Curriculum and Primary & Secondary Teachers across Australia and New Zealand. I am especially grateful to Natalie’s willingness to stay with me whilst I make copious changes to my sentences and paragraphs. This takes an enormous amount of patience and understanding for which I am extremely thankful. It gives me a great deal of pleasure in wishing Natalie the very best in establishing her own business.
